Age, medication, allergies, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, existing health conditions and previous cancer treatment can all influence which oils are appropriate, how they should be diluted and whether they should be avoided altogether.

As a qualified aromatherapist with nursing experience, I take these considerations seriously. I want you to feel confident that your products have been selected with your individual circumstances in mind, rather than simply choosing a blend because it smells lovely.

Every bespoke formulation should be approached thoughtfully, with appropriate dilution, safe ingredients and clear guidance on use. Where necessary, medical advice should be sought before using particular essential oils.
