I am excited to welcome you soon! Before you book, I would like to remind you of my terms and conditions. I understand unexpected things happen, so these policies are implemented at my discretion to ensure the smooth running of my small business.

For your booking, a 25% deposit is needed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, I might still be with another client, so please bear with me.

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations after this period will be charged at 25%, while those made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

If you're running late, your treatment might be shortened, but you'll still need to pay the full amount. In case of non-attendance without cancellation, full payment will be required, and I may have to decline future bookings.

I strive to maintain a respectful environment for all my clients. Any inappropriate behaviour or language may result in the termination of your treatment.
